850nm IR Led Emitter Diode

The 850 nm ir led emitter diode is a discrete infrared lightemitting semiconductor diode optimized for industrial optoelectronic circuits. It outputs 850 nm nearinfrared invisible light. The available EE852M2 series provides stable radiant output under rated driving current, with wide beam angle to cover broad sensing zones. The diode is engineered for continuous signal emission in automated sensing hardware and maintains stable performance under normal operating current range.

For discrete infrared diodes used in circuit boards, componenttocomponent consistency directly influences endproduct yield. Our 5Scontrolled production workflow implements rawmaterial screening for optical chips, reducing badunit rate for largevolume PCB assembly projects.

OEM / ODM are supported. We can adjust part parameters according to technical drawings or prototype samples. Custom sample development cycle is about one week.

Individually sealed in antistatic bags, grouped into foam boxes, then packed into reinforced exportgrade corrugated cartons with cushion filler. Waterproof stretch film and antistatic warning labels are applied. EXW, FOB and DDP trade terms are supported.
