Led 940 nm

Both work for optical counters and photoelectric switches. Many customers like the led 940 nm because there is less interference from natural light. A photoelectric switch customer used our EE942-553E1. Before, they needed a lens on their LED. After switching to our side looking model, they removed the lens. Assembly time went down by 15%. Another precision instrument customer chose EE942-MG08. Its view angle is only ±8 degrees. They detected small parts from 5 meters away. The signal was very stable. The 940nm Infrared LED gives you reliable performance without extra cost.

Our factory is 18,000 square meters. We have 200 workers. Monthly capacity is 100,000 to 200,000 pieces. We use 5S management: sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain. Every product goes through full inspection before packing. We provide 1 year warranty. If goods arrive damaged, send us photos within 48 hours. We will send free replacements. The led 940 nm is made in a factory with environment management certification (certificate 05325E31361ROS). We have 18 patents and a post doctoral workstation with 6 PhDs. EE942-553E1 is a side looking package. Light comes out from the side. You can mount the LED flat on your PCB. Light goes directly to the side. It is perfect for slot type photoelectric switches. Radiant flux is 7.5mW. That is high. Forward voltage is only 1.3 to 1.8V. It saves power. View angle is ±30 degrees. The other model is EE942-MG08. It is a TO-18 metal can package. Its view angle is very narrow at ±8 degrees. Light is very focused. You can use it for long distance detection. Radiant flux is 1.5 to 2mW. Peak wavelength is also 940nm. Metal package has good heat dissipation. Both models are RoHS compliant. We support OEM. MOQ is 1k pieces. Free samples are available. Custom sample development takes one week.
