365nm Ultraviolet Emitting Diode

365 nm ultraviolet emitting diode is PLCC2packaged surfacemount UV semiconductor device. Its peak wavelength centers at 365 nm within 360375 nm spectral band. It achieves 1114 mW radiant flux, with 3.44 V typical forward voltage. This ultraviolet emitting diode is built for compactformfactor UV hardware, delivering relatively high UV radiant output within PLCC2 footprint for industrial inspection and smallscale UVrelated systems.

For ultraviolet emitting diodes used in inspection hardware, radiantflux deviation will directly affect detection reliability. Our incoming rawmaterial screening process filters unqualified UV chips to keep batchtobatch opticaloutput stability for industrial customers.

Each ultraviolet emitting diode is packed in antistatic bag, placed in shockproof foam box. Boxes go into reinforced exportgrade corrugated cartons filled with cushioning materials, wrapped by waterproof stretchfilm, marked with antistatic and fragile warning labels. EXW, FOB and DDP trade terms are available.
