Technical Parameters
The high sensitivity avalanche photodiode exploits avalanche carriermultiplication effect under matched reversebias voltage to realize highsensitivity weaklight signal reception. It achieves optimal multiplication gain M=100, greatly amplifying photocurrent triggered by faint incident light; ordinary PIN photodiodes lack this internal gain mechanism. This highsensitivity APD component is developed for optoelectronic systems that must detect extremely lowintensity optical input.

Packaging & Transportation
Every high sensitivity avalanche photodiode is packed inside antistatic protective container, stored inside shockresistant foam box. Boxes go into reinforced exportgrade corrugated cartons filled with cushioning materials, wrapped in waterproof stretchfilm. Antistatic and fragile warninglabels are marked externally. EXW, FOB, DDP tradeterms are available.
